CANCELLATIONS

We provide all guests with a courtesy confirmation the day prior to your service. In return, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This can help accommodate other salon guests who may be on our wait list. If a guest failed to give adequate notice on three (3) separate occasions, they will be required to pre-pay for future appointments or only be seen on a walk-in basis.

RESERVATIONS

A credit card number is required to reserve appointments for any guest. If you fail to cancel/reschedule your appointment(s) 24 hours in advance, you may be charged up to 50% of you scheduled service. Guests who are more than 15 minutes late are considered no shows. “No shows” may be charged 100% of their scheduled service.
